About

Yoga is more than a physical practice, it is a way of life. The moment we make meaningful changes in our lives, we become Yogis. Come practice and learn with me on the mat!

I received my RYT-200 from Mt. Madonna Center in 2025 in Classical Ashtanga Yoga under the supervision of Anand Darsie and Lizzy “Lokamatri” Gamberdella. I also had the privilege of learning under many of the center’s knowledgeable teachers.

My training is very thorough and well rounded, covering Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Sanskrit, Ayurveda, Shat Karma, Samkhya Philosophy, Yagña Ritual, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Neuroscience, and Ethics.

I discovered Mt. Madonna Center back in 2008 as a teenager through my father’s interest in Yoga. The Satsang there and it’s teachings have had a profound impact on my life and personal development

Mt. Madonna Center (MMC) is a spiritual community founded in 1979 under the supervision of Baba Hari Dass, a silent Yogi monk from India. Affectionately known as Babaji, he was monumental in bringing the riches of Yoga to the West Coast. A disciple of Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaji), Babaji is perhaps best known outside of MMC for teaching Ram Dass Yoga while he was in India. Babaji’s teachings are infused in my practice, philosophy, and knowledge.

“When body, breath, and mind work together in harmony to achieve a spiritual goal, that is yoga.” -Baba Hari Dass
